Terms of Service

1. Who operates Ruvix

Ruvix is currently a free live preview operated by Shpetim Islami, an individual based in Austria. These Terms apply when you access the website, join the waitlist, create an account, or use the preview app.

By using Ruvix, you agree to these Terms. If you use Ruvix for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. Free preview service

Ruvix is a preview-stage visual workflow automation platform. Access is free, may be invite-only, and may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Features, integrations, limits, and availability may change during the preview.

Do not use the preview for production-critical workflows, safety-critical processing, legal deadlines, or any workload where interruption, loss, delay, or incorrect output would cause material harm.

3. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate account and waitlist information.
• Keep your login credentials, invitation links, API keys, and connection secrets confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
• Notify security@ruvix.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Ruvix may impose rate limits, storage limits, execution limits, or access controls to keep the preview stable.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Ruvix to:

• Violate law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or third-party platform terms;
• Send spam, phishing, malware, unsolicited marketing, or abusive traffic;
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, networks, or data;
• Process personal data without a lawful basis or without required notices/permissions;
• Overload, scrape, resell, sublicense, or circumvent limits of the service;
• Use the preview for regulated, high-risk, or safety-critical processing without written approval.

Ruvix may suspend or terminate access that violates this section or creates security, legal, or reliability risk.

5. Your content and workflows

You retain ownership of workflows, configurations, data, and content you submit to Ruvix. You grant Ruvix the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, troubleshoot, secure, and back up that content for the purpose of operating the preview.

You are responsible for the systems you connect, the workflow logic you configure, and the data you route through Ruvix.

6. Personal data in workflows

If you use Ruvix to process personal data for another person or organisation, you are responsible for ensuring that processing is lawful. The Preview Data Processing Terms apply where Ruvix processes personal data on your behalf as a processor.

7. Intellectual property

Ruvix, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, remains owned by Shpetim Islami or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the preview for its intended purpose while you have access.

8. No fees during preview

Ruvix is offered free of charge during this live preview. You will not be charged for preview access. If pricing is introduced later, updated terms or a separate agreement will be required before any charges apply.

9. Availability and changes

The preview is provided without uptime commitments. Ruvix may add, change, remove, pause, or discontinue features and integrations. Where practical, material changes affecting active preview users will be communicated by email or in-product notice.

10. Disclaimers

The preview is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Ruvix does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or suitable for a particular purpose. Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or fraud. For other claims, and to the extent permitted by mandatory law, Ruvix is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or loss of data arising from preview use.

12. Termination

You may stop using Ruvix at any time. Ruvix may suspend or end preview access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if the preview is changed or discontinued. Data retention after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
